Leaders For Tomorrow is a not-for-profit youth movement established in India whose members mainly consist of college students between the ages of 18 and 25. It was founded by Binoy Job in early 2008 under the name Young Leaders For Social Development which later changed to Leaders For Tomorrow. ==Purpose== Mission The main motive of Leaders For Tomorrow (LFT) is to awaken the social consciousness of the youth thereby encouraging volunteerism and social action among them. The main purpose is to provide a platform where the youth can express their views, generate ideas, meet great leaders, learn new skills, take up social action and ignite the leader in them.
